Gary began playing guitar at the age of three. He first played and sang publicly at a coffeehouse in Venice Beach California when he was just five years old.

Born and raised in Maine, CJ began her singing career early in churches across New England, performing with such luminaries as the Oak Ridge Boys. She is the wife of Gary Foote.
