This sounds like one of those ads for instructions on bulk emailing.
They usually include a pitch to buy programs such as NetContact,
Floodgate or any of a dozen hugely overpriced ($250+) bulk email
extractor/sender programs. Many of these programs are sold on a
MLM basis and the only people who make any money with them are
the ones selling them. Don't bother wasting your money or time.
I HAVE found a terrific resource on Net marketing. It is a book
called "Getting Hits" and it's the best I've seen on the
subject. It's a "real" book published by Peachpit Press. Check out:

for more info. It's a great book that covers all types of marketing
on the net. It is based towards the www as opposed to email, but
there is still enough info to more than justify the $19.95 cover
