Subject: Ezine Classified Advertising?

Hi Gary and All,

I'm wondering if you could point me to some email based Ezines
that have a distribution list of 25,000 and up and that also accept
classified ads. I'm advertising a training course for Network
Marketers and have had fair success in smaller targeted Ezines.

I'm in the process of setting up a co-op for my business partners
so that we can all share the leads without running competitive ads.

I would appreciate any recommendations you have.

Could you also give me some feedback on one more thing? What
should I consider a good response rate to an ezine ad? I know that
there are a lot of variables to consider, but assume you're running
an ad in a newsletter that's sent out to 20,000 people, it's well
matched to your offer and you've written a good ad. How many
responses would you look for in order to call it successful?

I appreciate your help.

Subject: More on Eudora settings?

Hello friends,

Since there is such a rich discussion going on re Eudora I have TWO more

1. Does anyone know if there is a way to set the settings in the "Dates"
column so that only the date shows and not the hour-time?

I'm using Eudora Pro 3 and unfortunately the hour-time comes before the
date, so even if you shrink the column size it's no good as all you'll end
up only seeing the time-hours and not the date. It's a shame they didn't
reverse the format setting....then I wouldn't have to bother you all with
such a trivial question.

2. I belong to quite a few mailing lists. Many times, (including this list
too) I just want to be able to save only a section of a particular message
and delete the rest. Eudora seems not to allow that regarding the incoming
mail. Is there a way in the ini. setting to get the program to cooperate
with my wishes?
Best Regards,
Josh Cravitt

What I do to solve your #2 question is to copy and paste the
relevant section of e-mail into a new mail which I then post
to myself.
